WHO SHOULD APPLY
The network is selective. Here's who qualifies.
We accept trainers who meet at least one of the following criteria. Track record matters more than qualifications alone.
POSH Specialist Trainers
You have delivered POSH workshops to corporates and have a demonstrable track record. A qualification alone is not sufficient - we look for evidence of delivery.

HR & L&D Professionals
You are an experienced HR or L&D professional who includes POSH compliance in your training portfolio. You understand the organisational context, not just the legal text.

Legal Professionals
You are a lawyer, advocate, or legal consultant with documented POSH Act expertise who conducts training sessions. Your legal grounding adds credibility to every workshop.

External Members (EMs)
You are a practising External Member who also delivers POSH training. Your dual role - compliance practitioner and trainer - makes you an especially valuable network member.

NGO & Women's Rights Professionals
Your work qualifies you as an External Member under Section 4(2)(c) and you deliver POSH awareness programmes. Your grassroots expertise strengthens the network's reach.

HOW TO JOIN
The empanelment process 4 four steps.
From application to active referrals, the process takes approximately 7-10 working days.
Apply
Complete the online application form. Share your background, sector expertise, geography and track record. Upload one reference or sample training material.
Review
The Poshmaster.ai team reviews your application within 5 working days. We may request a short call to understand your training approach and current client base.
Onboarding
Approved trainers receive a welcome pack: your certified badge, platform access, co-branded materials and the referral process brief..
Active
Your profile is listed. Referrals begin. You deliver sessions, issue completion certificates through the platform and share feedback on each engagement.
